Recruit Quince earns the honor of Commando of the Month
for re-naming our private island "Victory Island"!
Quince has submitted the following bio so that we can get to know him a bit better:

Hiya Commandos, Recruit Quince here...
I, as Commando of the Month would like to tell you about myself.
I live in Ohio. I started my journey in a pet shop. This great lady named Linda bought me and took me home. She was great, fed me reely well, and loved me a lot. I shared my home there with some lovebirds, cockatiels and other parrotlets. But things happen and she decided that I would get more attention in another home. She belongs to dat Hooman list, you know. Anyway she found me a home with my new mom on that list.
So here I am, I live in this bright sunny room with my big brudder, Rosebud, and 2 silly tiels. I have a palace filled with lots of good toys to play with. Rosebud has a palace too, close to mine. We come out and play on the tops of our cages a lot. It is a great room with lots of plants and the computer is in here, handy for us commandos! My moms calls it the happy room! With us chirping all the time and the silly tiels whistling too! I am 8 months old, and havent been a commando birdie for very long. I just went on my first mission ever! I am on the Air Team and I learned to fly the plane on this mission too. I had a great time and am looking forward to the next mission!
I am so very proud to be a Commando, and now Commando of the month! My big brudder helped me a lot, especially how to sneak around here and get on the computer!
Oops, I hear our birdie dinner being cooked up in the kitchen! Gotta go and do some chirping and carrying on till it gets here!
