for his outstanding leadership and mission planning!
As this honor is awarded by acclamation, we were not able
to conduct an interview with Pepi.

I always feel confident following him into battle. He is clear with
all commands unless of course as stated above he has hit the shot glass to

I'm

He is a great leader and true professional who would never jeopardize
any of
his troop members. He would never ask us to do something
he would not do
himself. He is selfless in the care of his troops and will sacrifice
all for
us (except maybe his shot glasses).
